Gallery Guide
Over the summer of 2019/2020 Trudie produced a Gallery Guide. Commissioned by Vast Arts, the guide was created as a quick reference for arts spaces in Western Queensland.
The 38 page publication is designed to be a problem solving tool for venues that are operated by small teams. Readers are provided with an insight into industry standards and practices, as well as recommendations for industry proven products and services. It draws information from numerous peak bodies into the one handy resource, via active links.
The Gallery Guide includes chapters on: Collection Management, Community Engagement, Contracts, Copyright, Equipment, Freight, Funding, Insurance, Marketing, Signage, Professional Development, Policies and Volunteer Management.
